We call this Lojas Quero-Quero’s Commitment (“Palavra! Lojas Quero Quero”). Only those who have renovated or built properties and expected a product that was not delivered on time know how upsetting (and costly!) this can be. Therefore, at Lojas Quero-Quero, if there is a delivery delay, customers get a full refund.
